Project development using electrofusion for Household Gas Network in Aceh Tamiang and Deli Serdang.
PT Perusahaan Gas Negara Tbk (PGAS) as the Sub holding Gas of PT Pertamina (Persero) is committed to achieving the target of household gas network development (jargas), as an effort to accelerate program implementation through the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources. In this project, Fusion Contributes to supply Electrofusion for the Gas Network Development Project in Aceh.
The construction of government gas networks that spend around 1.3 trillion rupiah has been implemented in 24 districts/cities which are divided into 10 packages. The details are the gas network of Langsa City, Aceh Tamiang Regency, and Deli Serdang Regency, totaling 16,709 SR.
The construction of gas network is a national strategic program, in which natural gas is used as development capital, providing clean and cheap energy for the community, reducing LPG imports, and increasing the use of natural resources. Jaringan gas is built in areas that have or are close to gas sources. Not only supplying products, Fusion also organizes Electrofusion Splicing training in these two areas, Electrofusion is a method of connecting MDPE, HDPE pipes, and similar plastic pipes using special fittings where there is a heating element inside which is used for welding.
